SAVE Electronics designed and installed a fully automated audio, video and control system for La Palmilla Hotel & Retreat, a Spanish Colonial-style wedding and event venue in Glen Rose, Texas. Guests hear clear sound everywhere, and the equipment stays out of sight.

The chapel

In the chapel, we installed custom James Loudspeaker speakers finished to match the wall color and mounted like crown molding, so they blend into the architecture. The subwoofer sits beneath the podium behind a grill that looks like a return air vent. The chapel keeps its look while the sound fills the room.

The reception hall

For the reception dinner or party, the hall has a projector, speakers, DIRECTV and computer connections for presentations and slideshows.

The walkway and pool

Sound carries outdoors as well. Speakers line the walkway from the chapel down to the pool, and speakers and subwoofers surround the pool area, so music is clear and even from the ceremony to the party.

One automated system

A full automated control system ties the chapel, reception hall, walkway and pool together, so the venue’s team can manage every area easily.
